The only interpretation I can think of is that the contents were transferred from that bowl into the food taster’s bowl. Was the person who did that the server or the person who delivered it?
Between this and last week’s handling of the food taster, does the script intend to explain any of this?

でないと配膳役や毒味役が真っ先に疑われて冤罪処分されるしその結果真犯人捜査も雑に処理される
あれだけ毒入りの騒ぎがあったら誰かを犯人として吊るし上げをして責任逃れしようとする人が出るだろうし
